The above described tract (8 Ft.) lying West of and immediately adjacent to the existing 27 Ft. of right~of-way on the West side of Ohio Street, which was acquired as follows: ' 20 Ft. dedicated for roadway right-of-way as recorded in the office of the Saline County Register of Deeds in Road Record Book "C" page 141 and dated April 4, 1907; 7 Ft. acquired by condemnation for the widening of Ohio Street as stated in Ordinance No. 3783, passed on September 16, 1929. This conveyance will establish the West right-of-way line of Ohio Street as being 35 Ft. West of and parallel with the East line of the NE~ of Section 13, Township 14 South, Range 3 West.
