CONVEYANCE OF EASEMEl~T
THIS EJDENTURE, made this r f day of ~ .-v--"- . 1950,
by and between T. W. SJ.\.r-'DERSON AND ELMA R. S~~, his Yiife, parties
of the first part and the City of Salina, Kansas, party of the second
part.
vVHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an easement over,
upon and through certain lands o~ned by first parties, as hereinafter
described; and
ìTciEREAS, the parties of the first part are -~Qlling to grant said second
parties said easement; and
SO, NOW T:iERE?ORE, -~'î'ITNESSETH:
That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the pay-

Dollars, receipt of .vhich is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents
grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto second party an easement in, over
and across a certain portion of the land o~~ed by first parties, more
particularly described as follows, to-~~t:
A tract of land in Lot Six (6) Surveyor's Plat Trmlve (12)
in the City of Salina, in Saline County, Kansas, described
as:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Lot Si« (ó),
three (3) feet north of the intersection of an extension
of the center line of Stack Avenue nith the east line of
said Lot Six (6); thence west 151 feet, more or less, to
the east bank of the SmobJ Hill River; thence south along
the east bank of said river 17 feet; thence east 151 feet,
more or les~ to the east line of said Lot Six (6), thence
north along the east line of said Lot Six (6),17 feet to
the place of beginn:~ng.
All for the right of ingress and egress by second party, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors, for the purpose of
installj-ng, maintaining, replacing and repairing any and all sewer
and utility lines therein, in accordance ~Qth the present and future
plans and specifications to be provided therefore by said city.
The foregoing shall be construed to be a covenant running 1rith
the land.
