EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this JI--rf.¡ day of September, 1973, by and between
DAVID C. ALUMBAUGH and LINDA A.~AUGH, his wife, Parties of the First
Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of
the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and. convey unto said Party of
the Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tr~ct of land
owned by the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as
follows:
The north ten (10) feet of the following tract of land
being more particularly described as follows:
A part of Lot 1, Surveyor's Plat 11, a tract of land
in the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, beginning at
a point 33 feet west and 20 feet south of the north-
east corner of the west-half of the said quarte~
section; thence south 180 feet; thence west 125 feet;
thence north 180 feet; thence east 125 feet to point
of beginning.
is hereby dedicated to the public for use as a public sidewalk, in
perpetuity.
