(20), Surveyors Plat Number Eight (8), City of ..
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot
Twenty (20), thence west on said Lot line 16~
feet; thence South and parallel to the west line
of Iowa Avenue 415 feet, thence east parallel to
the north lot line ten feet, thence north parallel
lJ the west line of Iowa Avenue 405 feet, thence
east parallel to the north line of Lot Twenty (20)
140 feet, thence north on the east lot line ten
feet to the point of beginning,
for all the rights of ingress and egress of said second party, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
constructing, installing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining a
sanitary sewer lateral and any other appurtenances thel"'eto in
