THIS INDENTURE, made this I Y day of ~ 1959,
by and between Arthur C. Saunders of the first part, ana the City of Salina,
Kansas, of the second part.

WHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an easment over,
upon and through certain land owned by first party as hereinafter described.
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner in fee simple of said
land and is willing to grant second party said easement, and
SO, NOW, THEREFORE, witnesseth:
That party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $1.00, and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto second party an
easement in, over and across certain portion of land owned by first ~~rty,
