A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING URBAN AREA BOUNDARY LINES IN
THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina is required to determine and submit for
approval the location of the urban area boundary lines for said City, SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section
1. In
compliance
with
this requirement
and in
cooperation
with the local
county
officials,
a
certified copy
of this
resolution
accompanied
by
a single copy of a
map of
said City indicating the proposed
location of
the
urban area boundary
lines is
hereby submitted for review and
approval.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
22nd day of June, 1992.
