Said tract containing 0.007 acres, more or less. for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining public utility system, including traffic signal systems, in perpetuity.
