92-4475 Surplus Propertyied in The Salina Jounnal June �Z� , 1992) RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-4475 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN ORIGINAL WOODEN STRUCTURE KNOWN AS STIMMEL SCHOOL IS NO LONGER NEEDED BY THE CITY OF SALINA FOR PARK PURPOSES AND THAT A SALE, LEASE, REMOVAL OR DEMOLITION THEREOF WOULD BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. Kansas: BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of The City of Salina, Section 1. That it is hereby determined that the original wooden structure known as Stimmel School is no longer needed or required for park purposes of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 2. That it would be in the best interest of the City of Salina, Kansas, that the above described structure be sold, leased, removed or demolished. Section 3. That if within thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this resolution there has not been filed with the City Clerk a protest signed by the qualified electors of the City of Salina equal in number to not less than ten percent (10%) of the electors who voted in the last preceding regular city election as shown by the poll books, then the City of Salina will proceed to sell, lease, remove or demolish said structure. Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication twice in the official city newspaper.
