CONKLIN CARS, INC., Party of the First Part and THE CI OF SALINA, KANSAS, a
municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across certain tracts of land owned by
the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
An easement for storm drainage purposes located in Lot 1, Block 1, Shoney's Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest comer of said Lot 1; thence East along the north line of said Lot
1, S 89°48'06" E à distance of295.00 feet; thence S 00°16'51" W a distance of 130.00 feet; thence
N 89 ° 48'06" W parallel with the north line of said Lot 1, a distance of 295.3 9 feet to the west line
of said Lot 1; thence N 00°27'12" E along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of 130.00 feet
back to the Point of Beginning, containing 38,375 square feet, more or less.
That the undersigned hereby covenants that CONKLIN CARS, INc., is the lawful owner
of the above described property and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted
hereby.

That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part a utility easement in, over and across certain tracts of land owned
by the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A 20.00 foot wide utility easement located in Lot 1, Block 1, Shoney's Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas the centerline described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Lot 1; thence East along the North line of said
Lot 1, S 89°48'06" E a distance of300.55 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00°16'51" W a
distance of329.82 feet; thence S 89°43'09"E a distance of 110.74 feet to the point of termination.
