Thence North along the West Line at Lot Thirty-one (31) a distance of Thirty-five (35) feet; thence Northeaster- ly a distance of Fifty-one (51) Feet to a point on the North Line of Lot Thirty-one (31) and One-hundred and Fifteen (115) Feet West of the Northeast Corner of Lot Thirty-one (31).
