This Indenture, made this ,;5 c - 'day of June, 1982, by and between
RALPH E. REITZ and PATRICIA HOSTETLER, Trustees for A. A. Riker Trust, of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the "Parties
of the First Part", and the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corpJration,
hereinafter referred to as the "Party of the Second Part", WITNESSEI'H:
That the Parties of the First Part, for a good and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Party
of the Second Part a penoanent easerœnt in, over and across a certain
tract of land owned by the Parties of the First Part, rrore particulary
described as follows:
The North Fifteen Feet (N 15') of Lot Seven (7), Block
Ten (10), Replat of the East-half (E/2) of Block Ten (10),
Riker Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purp::>se of construction, installing, repairing, replacing and rna.intain-
ing a public street in cormection therewith, in perpetuity.
IN WI'INESS WHEREOF, the said Parties of the First Part have hereunto
set their hands the day and year first above written.

aforesaid, came Ralph E. Reitz and Patricia Hostetler, Trustees for

who executed the above and foregoing instrurœnt of writing and duly
acknowledged the execution of the same.
