RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this 30th day of June, 1982, by and between
REIMJLD PROPER1'IES, INC., a Kansas corporation, of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the "Party of the First Part", and
the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter re-
ferred to as the "Party of the Second Part", WITNESSEI'H:
That the Party of the First Part, for a good and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Party of the Second Part a permanent easerænt in, over and across a
certain tract of land owned by the Party of the First Part, rrore
particularly described as follows:
The North Fifteen Feet (N 15') of Lot six (6),
Block Ten (10), Replat of the East-half (E/2) of
Block Ten (10), Riker Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas,
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintain-
ing a public street in connection therewith, in perpetuity.
IN WI'lNESS WHEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto
caused this instrument to be executed the day and year first above

aforesaid, came William M. Reirrold, President of Reirrold Properties,

the above and foregoing instrument of writing and duly acknowledged the
execution of the same on behalf of said corporation.

This Agreerœnt, made and entered into this 30th day of June
A.D. 1982, by and between Reimold Properties, Inc., a Kansas corporatlon
, herein referred to as "Land-
owner", and the CITY OF SALINA, County of Saline, State of Kansas,
herein referred to as the "City".
WIWESSEI'H, in consideration of One Dollar, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the Landowner hereby agrees to grant to
the City a (permanent easerœnt for right of way) (temporary con-
struction easement) in the following described real estate situated
in the City of Salina, County of Saline, State of Kansas, to wit:
The North Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Six (6), Block Ten (10),
Replat of the East half (E/2) of Block Ten (10), Riker
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
It is un:ierstood and agreed that said easerœnt is acquired by
City as right of way for use in constructing and maintaining a public
street in said City.
City agrees to purchase the above described real estate for the
purposes above stated, and, to pay therefor the following arrount with-
in ten days after an instruIœnt conveying said easerœnt free of encum-
brance has been delivered to City.
