EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 6/t; day of December, 1993, by and
between CHARLES G. GRIMWOOD, Party of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the
Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned
by the Party of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Lot 12, Replat of Lots 2, 3,4 and 5, Mount
Barbara Park Addition, City of Salina, Kansas described as follows:
The east twenty (20) feet of Lot 12, Replat of Lots 2,3,4 and 5, Mount
Barbara Park Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
The above described parcel of land contains 2,460 square
less.

for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and
maintaining a sanitary sewer pipeline, in perpetuity.
