CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
THIS BID:¿;NTURE, made this g~ day of January, 1953,
by and between LYLE 1. l':!ORGAN and Kll.TEFéYN A. J~ORGAN, his .wife, of
the first part, ana the CITY OF SALINA, r\ANSAS, of the second part.
vn-ŒHEAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an
easement over, upon and through certain ló.nd o"med by first parties
as hereinafter described.
WHEREAS, the parties of the first pó.rt are the owners in
fee simole of said la.nd and are willing to grant said second party
said easement; and
SO, NOW, THEREFORE, Witnesseth:
That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the

which is hereby acknowledr;ed, do by these presents grant, oargain,
sell and. convey unto second party an easement in, over and across a
certain portion of the land owned by first parties, more particularly
described as follows:

Salina, Saline Colmty', Kansas, des cribed as:

All for the use of second party, its servants, officers, employees
and contractors as a utility ri<:;ht-of-way for the purpose of installing,
maintaining, replacing and repairing utility lines end apnurtenances
thereto.
