EASEMENT

and between MARLIN E. CRAIG and LOLA M. CRAIG, Part; s of the First Part and THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents,
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party of the Second Part an easement
in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the Parties of the First
Part more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in Block Five (5), Meadowlark Acres Addition
No.3, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the northwest corner of Lot
One (1), said Block Five (5); thence South eighty-nine
degr~es thirty-one minutes and thirty seconds East
(S.89°31130"E.) a distance of one hundred eighty-seven
and fifty-eight hundredths feet (187.581) to the north-
east corner of said Lot One (1); thence South zero degrees
twenty-eight minutes and thirty.seconds West (S.00028130"W.)
along the east line of said Lot One (1) a distance of ten
feet (10.001); thence North eighty-nine degrees thirty-one
minutes and thirty seconds West (N.89°31130"W.) a distance
of one hundred eighty-eight and eighty hundredths feet
(188.801) to the west line of Lot Two (2), said Block Five
(5); thence North seven degrees twenty-four minutes and
twenty-five seconds East (N.07°24125"E.) a distance of
ten and seven hundredths feet (10.071) to the point of
beginning.
Said tract contains 0.04 acres, more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part,
its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construc-
tion, repairing, and maintaining a public sidewalk in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Parties of the First Part have hereunto set their
