Party of the Second Part, WIiNESSEiH:
ihat the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consid-
eration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party of the Second Part
an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the Party
of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (N.E.l/4)
of Section ihirty-six (36), iownship Fourteen (14) South,
Range ihree (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline
County, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Starting from the southwest corner of the North-
east Quarter (N.E.1/4) of said Section ihirty-six
(36); thence on an assumed bearing of South Ninety
degrees zero minutes and zero seconds East (S.90000'00"E.)
along the south line of said Northeast Quarter (N.E.1/4)
a distance of thirty-three feet (33.00') to a point on
the east right-af-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad;
thence North zero degrees sixteen minutes and twenty-seven
seconds I,~est (N. 00° 16 I 27""".) along sa i d. east ri ght-af-'Nay
line a distance of one thousand three hundred nineteen
and eighty-three feet (1,319.83') to the point of beginning,
said point being the northwest corner of Lot Five (5),
Block iwo (2), iwin Oaks Subdivision to the City of Salina,
Kansas; thence North Eighty-nine degrees fifty-eight minutes
and sixteen seconds East (N.89°58'16"E.) along the north
line of said iwin Oaks Subdivision a distance of one
thousand ninety-one and one hundredths feet (1,091.01')
to the northeast corner of Lot iwenty-three (23), Block
iwo (2), said iwin Oaks Subdivision; thence North Forty-
six degrees fifty-seven minutes and twenty-five seconds
East (N.46°57125"E.) a distance of fourteen and sixty-
six hundredths feet (14.661) to a point that is ten feet
(10.00') north of the north line of said iwin Oaks
Subdivision; thence South Eighty-nine degrees fifty-

along a line that is parallel to and ten feet (10.00')

along said east right-of-way line to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 0.25 acres, more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second
Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
the construction, repairing, and maintaining a sanitary sewer line, in
perpetuity.
