and wife, as JOINT TENANTS, Parties ofthe First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal
corporation, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party of the
Second Part an easement in, over and across certain tracts of land owned by the Parties of the First Part more
particularly described as follows:
A tract ofland located in Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), Laurie Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, described as follows:
The South Twenty (20) feet of the North Forty-Five (45) feet of Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), of the
Laurie Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
The above described tract ofland contains 781.37 square feet or 0.02 acres more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees
and contractors for the purpose of the construction, repairing, replacing and maintaining a public storm drainage
system, in perpetuity.
