This Indenture, made this :),C(-day of January, 1976, by and between
WILLIAM E. OEHLERT, JR., C. R. SWARTZ and C. W. REED, Trustees of the Belmont
Boulevard Christian Church of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, Party of the
First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal éorporation, Party
of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consider-
ation, receipt and sufficiency of \'/hich is hereby acknowledged, does by
these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party of the Second
Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the
Party of the First Part, more particularly described as follows:
A twenty foot (201) utility easement along and
ten feet (10') either side of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Three (3), of
said Block Eight (8); thence south along the rear of Lots
One (1), Two (2) and Fifteen (15), and along the west side
of Lot Three (3) to the southwest corner of Lot Three (3);
thence southeasterly a distance of three hundred thirty
feet (330') along the rear of Lots Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16),
Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20),
and the west thirty feet (30') of Lot Eight (8), and the
west eighteen feet (181) of Lot Twenty-one (21).
A fifteen foot (151) utility easement along and seven
and five tenths feet (7.51) either side of a line described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Four (4) in said
Block Eight (8); thence southwesterly along the property line
common to Lot Three (3) and Four (4) of said Block Eight (8),
a distance of one hundred fifteen feet (1151).
A ten foot (la') utility easement described as follows:
The southeast ten foot (10') of the northwest eighteen feet
(181) of Lot Twenty-one (21), Block Eight (8), all in Key
Acres Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas) according to the
Corrected Plat.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second
Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining any and all
public utilities as may be necessary in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto set
its hand the day and year first above written.

came, WILLIAM E. OEHLERT, JR., C. R. SWARTZ and C. W. REED, who are'
personally known to me to be the Trustees of the Belmont Boulevard Christian
Church and the same persons who executed the above and foregoing instrument
of writing and duly acknowledge the execution of the same as the Trustees
of the Belmont Boulevard Christian Church.
