EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made the ~¿!~~ day of August, 1991, by and
between SALINA V.O.A. ELDERLY HOUSING, INC., a Texas corporation, with
principal offices at Metairie Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, of the First
Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, of the
Second Part:
WITNESSETH: The said Party of the First Part for a good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the Party of the Second Part, an easement in, over and across a certain
portion of land owned by the First Party, more particularly described as
follows:

An easement for a water line across Lot 9, Block 1, Replat of
Block 30 and Lots 1 through 5, Block 33, Key Acres Second
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being
10.00 feet either side of a line described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence south
along the west line of said Lot 9 on an assumed bearing of South
00 degrees 17 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 141.60 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 88 degrees 37 minutes 27
seconds East a distance of 103.45 feet; thence South 42 degrees
54 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 178.81 feet; thence
South 87 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 122.54
feet; thence North 62 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds East a
distance of 147.47 feet to a point on the westerly Right of Way
of Highland Avenue and South 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
East a distance of 15.11 feet from the southeast corner of Lot
6, Block 1 of said Replat.
