CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: .
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consid-
eration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the Second Part
an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the Parties
of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in Hocking Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One
(1), Hocking Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence South
zero degrees eleven minutes West (S.Oooll'W.) a distance of three
hundred twelve and fifty hundredths feet (312.50'); thence North
ninety degrees zero minutes West (N.90o00'W.) a distance of ninety-
four and fifty hundredths feet (94.50'); thence South zero degrees
twenty-one minutes West (S.00o21'W.) a distance of two hundred
twenty-one feet (221.00'); thence North ninety degrees zero minutes
West (N.90o00'W.) a distance of twenty feet (20.00'); thence North
zero degrees twenty-one minutes East (N.00o21'E.) a distance of
two hundred forty-one feet (241.00'); thence North ninety degrees
zero minutes East (N.90o00'E.) a distance of ninety-four and fifty
hundredths feet (94.50'); thence North zero degrees eleven minutes
East (N.00o11'E.) a distance of two hundred fifty-two and fifty
hundredths feet (252.50'); thence North ninety degrees zero minutes
West (N.90000JW.) a distance of twenty feet (20.00'); thence North
zero degrees eleven minutes East (N.00o11'E.) a distance of forty
feet (40.00'); thence North ninety degrees zero minutes East
(N.90o00'E.) a distance of forty feet (40.00') to the point of
beginning.
Said tract contains 0.31 acres, more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second
Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining sanitary
sewers, water lines and any other utilities as may be necessary in connection
therewith, in perpetuity.

EASEMENT

Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line of I-135
Highway that is the northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block One (1),
Hocking Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence northerly
along said west right-of-way line a distance of three hundred feet
(300'); thence west a distance of twenty feet (20'); thence southerly
along a line parallel to said west right-of-way line a distance of
three hundred feet (300') to the north line of said Lot One (1);
thence east along the north line of said Lot One (1) a distance
of twenty feet (20') to the point of beginning. Said tract contains
0.14 acres, more or less.
