EAS EMENT
This Indenture, made this -< C) day of July, 1995, by and
between DARWIN L. SAMPSON, Parties of the First Part and THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second
Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and
valuable consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across
a certain tract of land owned by the Parties of the First Part more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in Lots Two (2), Three (3) and
Four (4), Block One (1), Grain Belt Subdivision to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot Two (2); thence
North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the west
line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of 185.35 feet to the
point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 20.00 feet; thence South 89
degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 822.89 feet
to a point on the east line of said Lot Four (4); thence South
35 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East along the east line of
said Lot Four (4), a distance of 24.53 feet; thence North 89
degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 837.09 feet
to the point of beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 16,599.98 square
feet or 0.38 acres more or less.
for all of the righ~s vf ingress ~~d egLèss of the said Party of
the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors
for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing,
replacing and maintaining a public utility systems, in perpetuity.
