of Salina. Saline County, Kansas does hereby give, grant, dedicate and ("'f1vey unto the General
Public a Utility Easement over and across the following described property:
The south Twenty (20) feet of the east Sixty-two and sixty-six hundredths (62.66) feet of the west
Seventy-two and sixty-six hundredths (72.66) feet of Lot Two (2), Block One (I), Golden Eagle
Estates Addition to the City of Salina. Saline County, Kansas.
Said tract contains 1,250 square feet or 0.029 acres, more or less.
That the undersigned hereby covenants that Golden Eagle Estates, Inc. is the lawful owner
of the above described property and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted
hereby.
