THIS INDENTURE, made this Ý - day of November, 1977, by and between
G. & K., INC., a Kansas Corporation of the First Part, and THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, of the Second Part:
WITNESSETH: The said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Party of
the Second Part, a utility easement in, over and across a certain portion
of land owned by the First Party, more particularly described as follows:
A tract located~in Lot Nine (9), Block Six (6), Georgetown
Addition, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Lot
Nine (9) that is ten feet (101) south of the north-
east corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence west along
a line parallel to the north line of said Lot Nine
(9) to the west line of said Lot Nine (9); thence
south along the west line of said Lot Nine (9) a
distance of ten feet (101); thence east along a '
line parallel to the north line of said Lot Nine
(9) to the east line of said Lot Nine (9); thence
north ten feet (101) to the point of beginning.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of said Second Party, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors, for the purpose of constructing, installing,
repairing, replacing and maintaining a sanitary sewer system, in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the First Part have hereunto set their
hands, the day and year first above written.

and such person duly acknowledges the execution of the same.
