EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this 'ê)- "1 J.{,'day of December, 1996, by and between Sterling House
Corporation of Sedgwick County, Party of the First Part and City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal
corporation, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party
of the Second Part an easement in, over and across certain tracts ofland owned by the Parties of the
First Part more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block 5 of Georgetown addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas; thence on an assumed bearing of S 90° 00' 00" W along the South line
of said Block 5 a distance of 18.00 feet to the true Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 9(J'
00' 00" W along said South line a distance of 15.00 feet; thence N (J' 00' 00" E a distance of
55.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" E a distance of 15.00 feet; thence S (J' 00' 00" W a distance
of55.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described easement contains 0.019 Acres, more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part, its servants, officers,
employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, repairing, replacing and maintaining a
water line, in perpetuity.

An Easement for water lines and appurtenances over and across a portion of Block 5 of
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described
as:

Saline County, Kansas; thence on an assumed bearing of S 90° 00' 00" Walong the South line of
said Block 5 a distance of 18.00 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
S 90° 00' 00" W along said South line a distance of 15.00 feet; thence N 0° 00' 00" E a distance of
