RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this 30th day of June, 1982, by and between
REIMJLD PROPERI'IES, INC., a Kansas corporation, of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the "Party of the First Part", and
the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the "Party of the Second Part", WITNESSEI'H:
That the Party of the First Part, for a good and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Party of the Second Part a permanent easerrent in, over and across a
certain tract of land owned by the Party of the First Part, more
particularly described as follows:
The South Five Feet (S 5') of Lot Five (5), Block
One (1), Replat of Part of Lot Sixteen (16), Garden Hane
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintain-
ing a public street in connection therewith, in perpetuity.
