RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4591
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND THE DILLON STORE CORPORATIONS CONCERNING THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF A UTILITY COMPANY BILL PAYMENT DROP BOX
SYSTEM AT THE DILLON STORES LOCATED IN SALINA, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute and the City
Clerk to attest an Agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and the Dillon
Store Corporations concerning the implementation of a utility company bill
payment drop box system at the Dillon stores located in Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
10th day of May, 1993.
