RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4627
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH TRI -STEM, INC., WACO, TEXAS, FOR THE STUDY OF
ELECTRICAL AND TELEPHONE BILLINGS.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina desires to engage the services of a
company to conduct a study of the City's electric and telephone billings; and
WHEREAS, Tri -Stem, Inc., Waco, Texas has agreed to perform such
services for 49% of refunds or credits received, if any; SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an agreement
with Tri -Stem, Inc. for the study of electrical and telephone billings.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
