DRAINAGE EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this ( day of September, 1995, by
and between JAMES INGRAM AND KERRY L. INGRAM, Parties of the First
Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party
of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and
valuable consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across
a certain tract of land owned by the Parties of the First Part more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located on Lot Thirteen (13), Block One
(1), Country Oak Estates Subdivision to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
West 10' Lot 13, Block 1, Country Oak Estates Subdivision to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
The above described tract of land contains 1,233.90 square
feet ot 0.03 acres more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of
the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors
for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing,
replacing and maintaining a public drainage system, in perpetuity.
