PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this II~ day of SEPT. ) 1997, by and between CASEY
GENERAL STORES, INC. of the First Part and CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal
corporation, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across certain tracts of land owned
by the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land being part of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Replat of Country Oak Estates
Subdivision, to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as
follows:
The West Seven (7) feet of the North Thirteen (13) feet of Lot Two (2), Block One
(1), Replat of Country Oak Estates Subdivision, Lots 14-20, Lots 26-28, Part of Lots 21-25.
Block 1, Lots 10-16, Block 3, and Lots 1-3, Block 4, in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
The above described tract of land contains 91.0 square feet more or less.
for all of the rights ofingress and egress ofthe said Party of the Second Part, its servants, officers,
employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing
and maintaining a public sidewalk, in perpetuity.
