A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH CAMP DRESSER & MC KEE, INC. FOR CERTAIN RESIDENT
ENGINEERING SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION AT THE CITY OF SALINA
LANDFILL AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS ($96,311.00).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an agreement
with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for certain resident engineering services
during construction at the City of Salina landfill at a cost not to exceed
ninety-six thousand three hundred eleven dollars ($96,311.00).
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
27th day of September, 1993.
