Patel, being the record owners of Lots 17 and 18, Block 5, in the Country Oak Estates Subdivision in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas do hereby give, grant, dedicate and convey unto the General Public a Utility Easement over and across the following described property: A strip of land ten feet either side of the following described centerline; Commencing at the Northeast comer of Lot Eighteen (18), Block Five (5), Country Oak Estates Subdivision to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West along the north line of said Lot Eighteen (18) and Lot Seventeen (17), Block Five (5), in said Country Oak Estates a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-two feet (262.00') to the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 23 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of One Hundred Fifty-two and Sixty-five hundredths feet (152.65') to a point on the northeasterly line of a platted utility easement along the southwesterly side of said Lot Seventeen (17). The sidelines of said easement are to be extended or sub-tended so as to intersect with the North line of said Lot Seventeen and the northerly line of said platted utility easement. That the undersigned hereby covenant that Dilip G. and Naina D.
