DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, J. J. Vanier and Lesta K. Vanier, Husband and Wife, do hereby
grant, dedicate and convey the following described tract of land, to-wit:
A tract of land thirty-five (35) feet wide and six-hundred-sixty-five
(665) feet long in the Northwest corner of the North East Quarter of
Section 17, Township 14, South Range 2, ~est of the 6th P.M. in Saline
County, Kansas, more particularly described as; beginning at the
intersection of the North-South quarter section line of said Section
17 and the South property line of Country Club Road extended, running
thence south along said North-South quarter section line six-hundred-
sixty-five (665) feet; thence east thirty-five (35) feet; thence north
six-hundred-sixty-five (665) feet; thence West thirty-five (35) feet
to the place of beginning:
To the public for the use of the public as a street.
We covenant that we are lawfully seised of the premises and have the
right, power and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
