RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-4670
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1994 - 1998 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the 1994 - 1998 Capital Improvement Program, as
outlined in Exhibit A incorporated herein, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That no project shall be initiated or city funds
expended thereon unless said project is contained in the adopted Capital
Improvement Program or otherwise specifically authorized by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina.
Section 3. That the Capital Improvement Program and this
Resolution may be amended from time to time as deemed appropriate by the
Board of Commissioners.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
