ADMINISTRATION (8.1) Second reading Ordinance Number 97-9825 providing for the change in zoning of property located at 313 S. Seventh from R-3 to PC-3. (8.2) Second reading Ordinance Number 97-9826 providing for the change in zoning of property located at 340 N. Seventh from C-6 to PDD. (8.3) First reading Ordinance Number 97- 9823 providing for the vacation of a portion of the public right-of-way on South Ninth Street in front of Kraft Manor. (8.3a) Declare an emergency exists in order to have second reading of the ordinance on the same day. (8.3b) Second reading Ordinance Number 97-9823. (8.5) Resolution Number 97-5195 authorizing the Mayor to execute a design engineering agreement with Wilson and Company for the construction of a new wastewater pumping station and other associated work. (8.6) Consider staffing level changes for 1998 in Engineering and Permits/Inspections Divisions.
