AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
This Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Equipment ("Agreement") is entered into
May$rtg 21 , 2024, by and between the City of Salina, Kansas (the "City") and Key Equipment
and Supply Co., a Kansas Company (the "Contractor").
