A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE, INC. TO PERFORM
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN,
BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLOSURE
OF THE EXISTING DISPOSAL AREA AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW CELL 2
AT THE CITY OF SALINA MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL FOR AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $125,920
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. to perform professional engineering
services in connection with
the
design,
bidding
and construction services
associated with the closure of
the
existing
disposal
area and development of the
new Cell 2 at the City of Salina Municipal Solid Waste Landfill for an amount
not to exceed $125,920.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
23rd day of January, 1995.
