Table second reading of Ordinance No. 04-10206 amending Downtown Design Review Board
ordinance.
BACKGROUND:
The City Commission previously approved first reading of this ordinance to allow additional
communication with property owners and other interested parties. A working group has been
appointed by Salina Downtown, Inc. President Ken Wasserman. Due to other priority projects, the
City Attorney and City Manager have not yet been able to complete our staff review and meet with
this group. We are at this point attempting to schedule meetings for early February.
This matter was previously tabled to January 24. Staff requests further tabling to February 28,
2005. SOl Board and Design Review Board can review and comment at February meetings. The
item can be considered on second reading February 28, 2005.

Table Second reading of Ordinance No. 04-10206 until February 28, 2005.
