RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-4865
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATES OF RELEASE FROM ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION LIABILITY
TO CERTAIN PERSONS.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Environmental Release Policy
relating to the Salina Public Water Supply Wells Site, applications for
Certificates of Release from Environmental Condition Liability have been
submitted by the following persons in relation to the real estate described as
follows:
A. Real Estate - The south 50 feet of Lot 3 and the north 50 feet
of Lot 5, on Highland Avenue in Prescott Addition, in the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more commonly known as 615
Highland Ave.
Applicant - Raymie J. & Muriel A. Lindenmuth Trust #1 and
Dennis R. & Dianne Lindenmuth and
Steven L. Lindenmuth
WHEREAS, the City staff has completed its administrative,
engineering, and legal review of the applications and has determined that the
applicants listed above qualify for release;
SO, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of
the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute
Certificates of Release from Environmental Condition Liability for the persons
listed above in relation to the real estate described.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 1st day of May, 1995.
