RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-4889
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND WILSON & CO.,
FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AT WASTEWATER PUMP
STATIONS NUMBER 1 AND 3 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($27,700.00).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Bucher, Wilson & Co., to
provide design services for the renovation of Wastewater Pump Station Number
1, located at 300 East Ash Street and Wastewater Pump Station Number 3,
located at 600 South Ohio Street, in an amount not to exceed twenty-seven
thousand seven hundred dollars ($27,700.00).
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 10th day of July, 1995.
