A RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, INCLUDING LAND DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE
NUMBERS 95-9669, 95-9681, 95-9683, 95-9688 AND 95-9712; AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NUMBER 94-4830.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in
the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas: BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same is hereby amended to exclude certain territory under the
provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance Numbers 95-9669, 95-9681, 95-9683, 95-9688
and 95-9712, and that all land lying within the following described boundaries
be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits defined as:
1. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections
Twenty-two (22) , Twenty-three (23) , Twenty-six (26) ,
Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen South (T14S),
Range Three West (R3W) of the Sixth Principal
Meridian;
2. Thence north on the east line of Section Twenty-two
(22) to a point one thousand nine hundred ninety-five
and one hundredths feet (1,995.011) south of the
northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE -41) of
