Resolution Number 97-5175 authorizing the City Manager to execute Certificates of Release from
Environmental Condition Liability to certain persons.
Background
The attached resolution authorizes the City Manager to sign a Certificate of Release for the
applicant listed on the resolution. The recommendation for approval is based upon staff's
administrative, engineering and legal review of the application and environmental disclosure
forms submitted by the applicant.
Recommendation
Adopt Resolution Number 97-5175.
