A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES BOARD,
BUILDING ADVISORY BOARD, BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY
BOARD, AND SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Section 2( c) of Resolution Number 17-7 469 calls for Citizen Board member appointments
to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for final approval ; and
WHEREAS , vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and Committees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, are hereby appointed to the
designated Board for the term indicated:
Arts and Humanities Commission
Peggy Debey appointed until 08/31 /2025
Building Advisory Board
Charles Renz appointed until 08/31/2026
Business Improvement District Advisor Board
Laurel Driskell appointed until 08/31/2025
Solid Waste Management Committee
Phil Black reappointed until 08/31/2025
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
