The Regular Meeting of the Lower Smoky Hill Water Supply Access District was called to order at 2:30 p.m.
in Room 107, City -County Building. Roll call was taken.
Those present and comprising a quorum: Trent W. Davis, M.D., President; Tom Toll, Vice -President; Karl
Esping, Secretary; Karl Ryan, Treasurer; Michael L. Hoppock; Greg Lenkiewicz; and, Bill Longbine.
Also present: Mike Schrage, City Manager; Debbie Pack, Director of Finance,;& Administration; Martha
Tasker, Director of Utilities; Jacob Wood, Deputy City Manager; Shawn Henessee, `'Assistant City Manager;
Greg Bengtson, City Attorney; and JoVonna A. Rutherford, City Clerk.

(3.1) Review 2022 Amended Budget and Authorize Publication of 2022 Amended Budget
Notice.
Debbie Pack reviewed the 2022 Amended Budget. A brief discussion followed
related to updated numbers.
(3.2) Review 2023 Budget and Authorize Publication of 2023 Budget Notice.
Debbie Pack reviewed the 2023 Budget. Martha Tasker provided an explanation of
the costs.
(3.3) Review 2024 Budget.
Debbie Pack reviewed the 2024 Budget and confirmed no budget would be adopted
for 2024 at this time. A discussion followed related to irrigation fees, property
ownership, water districts and municipal partnerships.
(3.4) Discussion of next meeting date.
