Memorandum of Understanding - Vehicle Maintenance
The purpose of this memorandum is to outline the conditions of the agreement between
the parties for vehicle maintenance services for the Salina Housing Authority
Parties:
City of Salina - Public Works/General Services
Salina Housing Authority
Term:
Unlimited
Services:
The Central Garage Division will provide fuel and vehicle
maintenance services for the Salina Housing Authority, with the
understanding that the City of Salina emergency vehicles shall
have service priority.
The Salina Housing Authority is not obligated to use exclusively
General Services for vehicle maintenance.
Fees:
Fees will be in accordance with the following fee schedule. Work
performed will be at $48.00 per labor hour. Parts will be billed at
cost plus an additional 20%. Fuel will be billed at cost plus an
additional 10 cents per gallon.
Billina:
The Salina Housing Authority office will be billed monthly from the
City Clerks Office. Billing information will include a description of
the work and date performed, invoice number, labor and parts cost
and vehicle/unit number. Billing questions should be directed to
Bob Peck, Fleet Superintendent at 309-5752.
Cancellation:
Either party may cancel this agreement with written notice.
