A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ARTS & HUMANITIES
COMMISSION, LIBRARY BOARD AND PARKS & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 2( c) of Resolution Number 17-7469 calls for Citizen Board member appointments
to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and Committees ; SO
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, are hereby appointed
to the designated boards for the term indicated:
Arts & Humanities Commission
Brooks Oliver appointed to fill unexpired term of Kimberly Vega until 08/31 /2023
Dorian Alston appointed until 08 /31/2024
Library Board
Helen Gregg appointed until 04/30/2026
Gerry Cox reappointed until 04/30/2026
Park & Recreation Advisory Board
Jackson Angell (Youth) appointed until 05 /01 /2023
Section 2 . That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
