NOVEMBER 2021 SPECIAL MEETING1256
The meeting of the Salina Public Library Board of Trustees was held at 7:00 a.m. on
November 30th, 2021, in the Prescott Room.
The following Board members were present: David Greiser, Brendan Burke, Judy Nold,
Susan Kelly, Melissa Hodges, Danielle Brown, and Lisa Mahler via Zoom. Others present
were Melanie Hedgespeth.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
21-42 On a motion made by Brendan Burke and seconded by Melissa Hodges it was
RESOLVED THAT: The Board of Trustees of the Salina Public Library recess into
executive session for Thirty minutes based upon the need to discuss personnel matters of
non-elected personnel pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(1). The open meeting will resume in
this room at 7:31 a.m. Motion passed unanimously Pg. 1256, 11/30/2021.
Meeting resumed back into regular session at 7:32 a.m.
NEW BUSINESS OR BOARD COMMENTS
It was requested that an executive session be added to the agenda in December for the
Director’s review.
The Board Meeting adjourned at 7:33 a.m.
