NOTICE is hereby given mat a
public hearing will be held by the
Planning Commission to consider

by Stan Byquist, requesting
a change in zoning district
classification from Saline
County AG (Agricultural)
to POD R-2.5 (Multi-Family
Residential), POD R-2 (Multi-
Family Residential), R-2.5

and C-1 (Restricted
Business). The property
that is the subject of this
annexation and rezoning
request is located on the east
side of South Ohio Street
south of Magnolia Road
directly west of the Knox
Sandpil.
The public hearing will be held
