WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey
unto the City the following real estate which is described on the attached and
incorporated Exhibit A and depicted on the attached and incorporated Exhibit 8.
FURTHER, Grantor covenants that it is the lawful owner of the above described real
estate and that it has the right and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
