RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5121
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND RESOURCE
MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE REMOVAL OF WASTE TIRES FROM THE
SALINA LANDFILL FOR PERMANENT DISPOSAL.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a
contract
between
the
City
of Salina and Resource Management Company for the
removal
of waste
tires
from
the Salina landfill for permanent disposal.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
24th day of February, 1997.
