RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-5130
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1997 - 2001 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the 1997 - 2001 Capital Improvement Program, as
outlined in Exhibit A, incorporated herein, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That no project shall be initiated nor City funds
expended thereon unless said project is contained in the adopted Capital
Improvement Program or otherwise authorized by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Salina.
Section 3. That the following projects identified in the 1997 - 2001
Capital Improvement Program are hereby classified as public-private
partnership projects: State Shooting Range and Golf Course Paths.
Section 4. That the following projects identified in the 1997 - 2001
Capital Improvement Program are hereby classified as public referendum
projects: Ivey Park Swimming Pool, North Salina Community Center, and Par -3
Golf Course.
Section 5. That the Capital Improvement Program and this resolution
may be amended from time -to -time as deemed appropriate by the Board of
Commissioners.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 13th day of March, 1997.
